I worked a night shift last night, and man was it a rough shift. I can’t even start to explain. I know I should do some sort of physical activity (most likely a run) because it’ll give me that tension release I really need right now, but unfortunately I don’t know if I can muster up the energy. I’m completely exhausted. But it’s absolutely the perfect temperature out for a run (kind of chilly and damp, which means I won’t feel quite as nasty afterward) So maybe in about 45mins I’ll head out for one. I won’t expect it to be amazing, but at least it’ll be something physical.
